General

DutchTCG is not liable for any damage, of any kind, arising from incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the customer or on behalf of the customer. DutchTCG is never liable for indirect damage.

In cases where the general terms and conditions do not provide clarity or where nothing is specified, DutchTCG will make the decision. Initially, the explanation should be in the "spirit" of the general terms and conditions.

If DutchTCG does not always require strict adherence to the general terms and conditions, this does not mean that the provisions are not applicable or that DutchTCG loses the right to demand strict compliance with the provisions in other cases.

For all legal relationships in which DutchTCG is involved, only Belgian law applies, even if the obligation is partly or fully executed abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship resides there. The applicability of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

Every customer of DutchTCG has the right to a fourteen-day withdrawal period. This does not apply to (Custom) Mystery products.

 

Products

The products offered by DutchTCG are near mint to mint unless otherwise stated. Cards that are mint are those that are undamaged. Near mint cards may have small imperfections on the corners or edges but otherwise appear like new. This means that there are no signs of wear visible.

In exceptional cases, it may happen that products offered by DutchTCG are out of stock. In such cases, the customer will be informed, and compensation will be provided for the products that are out of stock.

If the delivery does not meet the customer's satisfaction, the customer can return the goods within 7 days and receive a refund excluding shipping costs. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered. Shipping costs and the risk of the returned shipment not arriving are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Pre-orders

For pre-orders, different conditions apply. These are described in this part of the general terms and conditions.

Many of our products are offered for order at very competitive prices. This is often because they are based on a “Release” or announced “Restock.”

These pre-orders should be paid at least and no later than 7 days before the announced release date. This release date is an indication of when you will be able to receive the product.

 

In cases of insufficient stock due to allocations, the order will be refunded. If the customer wishes, the order can be replaced with other products

 

Ordering

By placing an order, you ("the customer") agree to the general terms and conditions.

By placing an order, the customer enters into an agreement with DutchTCG to purchase the ordered products and pay the total amount of the order. The order is therefore binding and not unilaterally cancelable, except in cases where the customer fails to make payment within the prescribed payment term, in which case the agreement can be terminated. As long as the customer has not met their obligations, the products from the order remain the property of DutchTCG.

There is no minimum purchase or minimum amount for an order on DutchTCG.

 

Payment

The total amount of the order must be paid within 7 days by the customer. Payment is made in euros or to the bank account specified by DutchTCG. If payment is not made within this period and/or in the prescribed manner, DutchTCG reserves the right to cancel the order. DutchTCG reserves the right to involve a debt collection agency if the customer defaults and DutchTCG does not choose to cancel the order. In such cases, any collection costs will be at the expense of the customer.

If DutchTCG needs to refund an order paid via PayPal or another payment method that involves an additional fee, DutchTCG is not responsible for the portion that PayPal deducts.

 

Prices
The prices listed on the website are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

The prices listed on the website at the time of the order are the basis for the amount the customer must pay.

Prices on the website may contain errors. DutchTCG reserves the right to cancel (part of) an order if the prices clearly deviate from what is expected.

Shipping

Without extra insurance, we are not liable for loss or damage to the package.

Ordered items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment, and shipments are made with PostNL.
